Ms. PE-NUT stopped in today to visit with some classrooms and show the students some fun and healthy ways to make snacks. In Kindergarten students made and tasted veggie pizzas with english muffins, pizza sauce, shredded carrot, arugula, pine apple, snap peas and shredded cheese! I stopped in to see her when she was with a fourth grade class making a healthy smoothie that contained bananas, graham crackers, soy butter, milk, honey and carrot juice. Below are some photos.
